Exhibitor Details
- An exhibitor or vendor may select a pull through site in the the main expo area, a 10' x 10' pop-up or any other available campsite in the park.
- Pull-through campsites in the main vendor area are approximately 20' by 40' and have full hook ups. You may park your vehicle or RV and camp in your exhibitor site. You may stay overnight in your site on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Main expo sites are on asphalt.
- Pop-up sites may have access to electrical outlets for limited power near their area. Electrical service cannot be guaranteed in pop-up areas. (You may not stay overnight in a pop-up.)
- Vendors* and exhibitors are encouraged to do scheduled demonstrations or presentations at their sites. Let us know when you are scheduling events at your site, and we will add them to the program. We need these times by June 1, 2023. You may also want to be a guest speaker, host a workshop or be a panel expert. Call us to discuss the possibilities. (530) 728-0411
- Vendors, exhibitors, or anyone selling anything at the expo must provide the producer a completed form CDTFA-410-D no later than July 1, 2023.
- All participants must set up no later than Thursday, August 10, 2023. Check-in after noon. Check-out time is no later than Noon on Sunday. Early check-in is available. Call us to make arrangements for early check-in or late check-out.
- If you cannot attend the expo in person, consider being a sponsor.
